Question by : How do you obtain original credit card application?
How are you able to obtain the original credit card application or info after you have had a judgement won against you and they are about to garnish wages? Ive been a victim of fraud and need that info but the garnisher wont provide it to me and neither will the original creditor cause it was sold to a collection agency who had a lawyer sue me.

If you did not report it the credit card co, there is nothing you can do now.
