A legitimate company would not charge your credit card until a product was ready to ship. So if they cannot provide a tracking number for the shipment, dispute it right away in writing per the back of your credit card statement. Note a dispute should be within 60 days of when a charge first appears on your statement, so don’t wait too long.

Just dispute the charge. No product, no pay. It’s that simple. Don’t pay for something you never got.

Contact your credit card’s issuing bank and inform them that you have purchased items that have not been delivered over 90 days ago and that, even after you have made every effort to fix the problem with the merchant (the pharmacy company) they have refused to help. Your bank can “charge back” the funds to the people who took your money and remove the charges from your account.

If you’re within the time guidelines, you can file a formal dispute with the credit card company, explaining in writing what was supposed to happen, and what actual was delivered.

The credit card company will pursue the seller, and make things right (usually a refund of your money).
