Does anyone know why I have trouble viewing my online BofA credit card statement from my mac?

This only happens on my mac, not my pc. Also, it only occurs when trying to view my credit card, not my checking or savings. It seems to stall and it never opens my online statement.

I’m sure they have a section with FAQs on their website. There’s probably also a link or phone number for technical assistance.

There was a problem in the previous version of Safari with the online statements from BofA either crashing Safari or stalling with a spinning arrow (when viewing checks) or not loading completely.
Run Software Update (under the Apple Menu) to make sure you are running the most current version of Safari (3.1.2).
You can also try running the very popular Firefox web browser (download at mozilla.com). Version 3.0 has full support for BofA and many other tricky websites. Plus Firefox enables some plugins that are currently not offered in Safari.
