If you are not on the account, you can’t legally go on-line and get the information unless he provides you with access. If you live in a marital property state, the credit card should show up on your credit report. You have the legal right to receive one free credit report from each of the 3 main credit reporting agency per year. You might want to pull your credit report up online (it is easy) and see what the balance is. If you want the breakdown of the charges, you will need to have him allow you access.

Call the company directly and say you are is wife and see if you can get the information.

you have to go to the bank’s website and sign on.
you need his user id and password.
