And I’m talking buy now and pay later. I haven’t seen much of that these days, so i’m trying to figure out how people do it. I’ve never owned one myself, but I know that my credit is not so good according to other things that I have had. So i’m asking is there a place online that I can get one of these even though my credit is not so good?Any help would be appreciated thank you.

If you don’t have any credit at all you can use a “secured” card.

You won’t know if you can get a credit card until you apply for one and see what happens. If they decline you they have to provide in writing why so you would know then exactly what you need to work on to get your credit, etc. up to snuff. There are a million places online to apply for one I do know that.
