Hmmm. I can be wrong about this but, try Paypal.
You probably know what this is already, but cant you hook your bank account directly to paypal? Not just a credit card?

get a debit card. It works just like a credit card, but pulls from your checking account. Also, look and see if your bank offers online banking, so you can help see how much money you have,

check with your bank and see about getting a credit/debit card that takes money directly out of you account…that way you can’t spend more than what you have in that account
