hmm, you have to be know more about on this condition only at the website of the banks otherwise no one can tell you the matter, Because the acceptance policies are changed by banks time to time period

They should accept online payments from those banks, but its possible that they require some kind of international payment gateway to transfer the funds. I would advise you call those banks to see what their specific policies are regarding that issue.
