  Deafinelty check out paymentech.com The company i work for uses them and they are international.

  You can do it with anyone – as this is just the processing of an international card – HOWEVER – the risk is HUGE.

  If you want to process in those countries, you will be far better off opening a bank account locally and setting up a new webpage just for that country – you will be much more protected in the process this way.
