When a Visa Gift Card runs out of money, it’s just dead, right? There’s no way it’ll keep charging you?And how can it be used for online purchases? Can it be used just like any other credit card online?
Oh and almost forgot, is it refillable?

It’s just like any gift card. When it’s empty it’s empty. So, no, they won’t charge you anything else.
And it’s used to purchase things online just like any other credit card.
