ummm … you can;t buy anything online without a credit card. Maybe on ebay if you talk to a seller and make an agreement with them to pay by a check (they will not accept cash).
Ummm … good luck with that I guess …. sheeeesh!

Well im not sure about the credit card thing I think u can use a debit card but I kno a costume store u can check in its called rickys I don’t kno if u ever heard of it but it depends on your location I live in new york and rickys is the most popular costume store they have amazing stuff
