Personally, I like credit unions. They have better customer service and are all around nicer banks to keep your money with. They offer online services too.

I use USAA for my checking, but I’m in the military. Might want to see if you can get it. usaa.com For credit cards, I am in love with Discover! VERY cool online system they have set up. Beats my Chase card by a mile.
