  Many of the stores that you mentioned will sell you a debit card that you can load with pre-determined amount of money.

  Sign up for PayPal and validate with your bank information. Many online websites will accept PayPal.

  Go to your bank and get a debit card, that will work as debit or credit card. That’s how I do it.

  Western Union have a travel cash card that you can pre load money onto in Pounds, Euro or US Dollars. I am pretty sure you can use this to purchase online. If you don’t feel safe putting the credit card details on line, alot of places use Paypal, which is very safe and secure. I order alot online and fill my details in just about anywhere, which I probably shouldn’t! But I am yet to have any fraud on my accounts.

  I think ther is a debt credit visa available. you go to the bank and deposit cash onto this credit card so there is a balance on it and you use it like a debit card only is a visa, Its a good way to establish credit and a good way to stay out of debt, Ask at a bank about this

  You can buy one of those Visa or American Express gift cards. They are just like gift cards, but there are similar to a credit card in that they can be used any where and are assigned a number that is much like a credit card.

  I would try buying an american express gift card with a lot of money on it or buy more than one. These things allow you to buy anything anywhere and online. The problem is, is that some places won’t accept gift certificates online. If you tend to shop at particular stores, you can buy gift cards to the stores and then use those when shopping online.
