Which is better, to take my PC to a specialist to clean the virus or to use a credit card online?

I have a computer virus. Will it be safer to take it to a professional, or use a credit card for online cleaners like WinPC or Norton Security?

Take it to a real person. Then you can get a refund if it doesn’t work. And you have an actual service to show for it.

Take it to a professional. it’s too easy to get scammed by fake online cleaners

Both are safe, but the professional knows better what your problem is, so you won’t have to buy software that won’t even probably help you.

If you don’t want to take it in and you have a broadband connection…go to Office Depot. They have a service that you can pay for that someone will remote into your computer and clean it for you.

I’ve heard that norton doesnt really work. Try some free downloads such as avg.com or malware

Definitely take it to a specialist if you don’t have the proper tools or knowledge to remove it yourself….your credit card might already be compromised.

Before you spend money try this. Go to and download AVG 8. I have it on my computer and i never get a virus. I had purposely gone to a site I knew was infected and then I installed AVG and it got the virus.
Don’t waste your money on trash like Norton.

DONT WASTE UR MONEY!
Just get Malwarebytes Antimalware and Super Antispyware for spyware.
Also get Avira Antivir 9 for viruses
All 3 are free and should fully remove whatever you have. Keep that couple 100 dollars you just saved and give it to charity or spend it on your spouse.

WinPC Defender, also known as WinPCDefender or Win PC Defender, is a fake antispyware application that was solely created to ruin the integrity of a computer system. WinPC Defender is an extremely malicious. WinPC Defender is a replica of the infamous XP Police Antivirus…
Be careful in picking security software
