Online Credit Card – prepaid application

i have a checking account but i need a credit card for my online transactions but every time i get a credit card i cant manage myself. But when i need to by stuff online that aren’t available in stores then i need it any ideas. (usually pay everything with check)

This only happens on my mac, not my pc. Also, it only occurs when trying to view my credit card, not my checking or savings. It seems to stall and it never opens my online statement.

I have an emergency, and cannot think of any other solutions then to try to get a credit card for at least $2500. But I have bad credit and no checking account. I would rather pay off a credit card over time (and have the means to do so) then to not take care of my financial emergency as soon as possible.
