  • How Online Credit Card Approval Works

Posted on January 1st, 2011 admin No comments
    Morgan Hamilton asked:

With online credit card approval you usually receive notice of your application either being approved or denied within minutes of submitting it. On some occasions more time may be required to process the application but it’s usually a relatively quick turnaround time and we’ll tell you why in a minute.

In order to receive online credit card approval the applicant must display very good to excellent credit. If you feel that your credit score is not up to par then perhaps you may want to look at some other offers that do not require such high credit ratings. And credit scores and credit ratings are the main factors that approvals are based upon.

There are not a whole lot of cards available that offer instant approval, or nearly instant approval, as the case may be. But having said that, they most definitely are out there. It’s just a matter of finding them and thanks to the Internet, that’s a relatively easy thing to accomplish.

An instant approval credit card can be found by visiting any one of the more reputable comparison websites. A quick Internet search should lead you right to where you need to be and then it’s just a matter of going through the various offers to see which ones meet your needs.

Because you are applying online you also have the option to rather quickly and easily apply for more than one offer. So for instance if one issuer declines your application you have the option to go ahead and apply for another offer.

A word of caution though… don’t overdo it because applying for too many cards at one time can affect your credit rating negatively. If you are about to apply for a loan for say an automobile or a mortgage then you may want to hold off applying for a credit card until after you’ve submitted that paperwork.

The reason for this is that it can appear that you are struggling financially if all of a sudden you begin applying for many different cards at the same time. With that said, applying for one or two cards certainly isn’t going to hurt.

Online credit card approval is actually done by a computer. That’s how it happens so fast. It basically analyzes your credit score by crosschecking with your social security number, address and phone number. That’s what they base their decisions on and how they are able to give a decision so quickly.

You can still get guaranteed approval credit cards for bad credit even though you have poor credit history. Many credit card companies provide credit cards with guaranteed approval for bad credit to help you improve your credit rating and at the same time enjoy the benefits of the credit cards. The limit for credit cards for bad credit varies from company to company. It is generally in the range between $5,000 and $10,000.

Application for bad credit credit cards usually does not require credit check. You are approved regardless of income or credit history. Credit cards for bad credit, however, generally have higher annual interest rates than regular credit cards. This is obviously something you should consider when selecting the best credit card for bad credit. Compare some variables such as enrolment fee, APR, credit limit, and any benefits: emergency cash transfer, extended warranty protection, etc.

Bad Credit Credit Cards Improve Credit Rating

Companies providing credit cards for people with bad credit provide monthly reports to major credit bureaus, the institutions that maintain credit history of millions of people around the country. Credit card companies usually have an integrated system that connects to these bureaus to verify the credit rating of people applying for bad credit credit cards.

By making regular payment to your bad credit credit card you are automatically improving your credit history. Try to make at least minimum amount to your credit card before the due date. After some time you will become eligible for normal credit cards and receive the benefits of good credit standing.

Credit Card Application for Bad Credit

Before applying for bad credit credit card you should be clear on the purpose of getting it. Have you already gone over-limit on your current credit cards and need a new one? Evaluate every item in the offer and read all terms and conditions. Often some credit cards for bad credit have hidden costs and can become very expensive in the future.

When you are ready you can fill in an application for bad credit credit card. Online application usually takes a few minutes only and you will receive an answer for your credit card request within hours of submitting.

  • Prepaid Credit Card Application Advice – How to Apply

    Rosario Hill asked:

Here is some advice on your prepaid credit card application. These funded re loadable cards are available online and in local retail stores. These cards can be recharged and used again and again. You could use them anywhere Visa or MasterCards are accepted. Here are some tips on what to look for when applying.

You could apply for these cards online or at any stores that provide prepaid cards. The benefit of applying online is that it comes with a free online account where you could check your balance and recent transactions. Some cards are now equipped with free credit builder. Every bill you pay will be re-ported to the three major credit bureaus. This option is good for individuals who are looking to decrease their debt and increase their credit score.

Everyone who applies for a prepaid credit card is approved. That’s right; there is a 100% approval guarantee. There is no Chexsystem or credit check. Even if you filed for bankruptcy in the past you could still receive your card today.

The biggest benefit is the free options these cards are loaded with. There is no late fees, no interest charges, and no over limit fees. Many Americans only pay interest on their credit cards. Using a prepaid debit card eliminates all these charges.

Remember, you only get to spend the amount of money you put in your account. It is possible to have direct deposit to your account so you won’t have to pay to cash your checks. This is one way to control your budget and never get in to debt by using credit cards.

To apply for a card is relatively easy. Just fill out the application and you are instantly approved. This could be done online or at any stores that provide prepaid cards.

  • 3 Ways To Get Approved For a Student Credit Card

Posted on June 27th, 2010 admin No comments
    Carrie Reeder asked:

If you’re a college student, you know how expensive books, movies and tuition can be. And if you only work during the summer break, you may be looking for a way to stretch your funds through the cold winter months. Fortunately, a student credit card can help. Find one with low interest and good terms, and you can charge during the lean times and then pay it off when you’re making money on your summer job. To get a student credit card, follow these guidelines:

    1. Find some cards for comparison.

It’s easier than you think. Credit card companies often set up tables and booths at college fairs. You may even find fliers or applications around campus. And you can always find a student credit card with an online search. Be sure that the cards you’re considering are specifically student cards. Credit cards aimed at students tend to have more lenient credit score and credit history criteria, and they also tend to have lower interest rates.

    2. Pick the one with the best terms.

Not all credit cards are created equal! Since your student credit card is probably your first, educate yourself a bit about the terms and jargon you’ll encounter. Choose one with a low interest rate, since that’s the “extra” amount your credit card will tack onto your balance each month. Look for one with a longer grace period, too, which is the amount of time you have to make a payment before interest begins accruing. Other things you should look for is a card with no annual fee and a low late payment fee.

    3. Apply!

Simply fill out the application–either on paper, online or on the phone–and answer the questions on the form. You’ll need to reveal all the basics, like your name, current address and phone number. You’ll also need to provide them with a “permanent” address and phone number. The application will include lines for information about your school, your school’s address, your enrollment status and your year of graduation. It’s possible they’ll ask about your bank accounts and employment.

If you’re currently employed or have significant savings in the bank, chances are your line of credit–the maximum balance you can hold on your card–will be higher. But even if you only have a summer job, you should still be able to qualify for $500 – $1,000 in credit.

  • Easy Approval Credit Card Applications With a Bad Credit Score

Posted on June 13th, 2010 admin No comments
    Raul T. Cruz asked:

I can still remember seven years ago when I applied for an American Express card online. It took more than one month for me to get approved. Nowadays it’s a lot different. With instant approval, you usually receive notice via email of your acceptance within seconds of completing an online card application. If you have a good to excellent credit record you can even get an easy approval credit card with guaranteed 10,000 limit or an easy instant approval student card, but what happens if have a bad credit score? Are you doomed to pay all your purchases in cash? Certainly not so don’t despair.

The first alternative for people with bad credit score is to get a “secure card.” There are some major card issuers which requires applicants to make a deposit or what we call “secure cards.” If you have a bad paying history, the most logical thing to do is save a little money to be used later on to “pre pay” a card. A secure card is a no credit card because the amount you can charge against the card is determined by the amount of your deposit. If you deposit, for example, $5,000, then you can charge up to $5,000 only. Hence, there is no actual “credit” being extended. Typically, these cards are marketed as no credit credit cards because of the fast, easy instant card approval.

The second alternative is to search for a “bad credit credit plastic” and find an easy approval unsecured credit, but they should try to resolve their bad credit issues and prevent further damage to their credit score.

While there are plenty of bad credit credit plastic choices available, they can do more harm than good if not used wisely. This is one way for a consumer to repair his damaged reputation by making up to date payments on his bad card and eventually upgrading to the real credit card in the future. And also a bad card charges a higher interest rate because of the increased risk to the issuer.

The third option is to apply for a debit card. Debit cards are cards that can be used depending on how much money the user transfers to the specific card. Consequently, the risk of running up credit card debt is nil. There are also no finance charges to contend with, only minimal fees for application, start-up and ATM card.

Credit cards for bad credit score were designed to rebuild credit that had been damaged. For those with no credit or poor credit there are secured credit cards, bad credit credit cards and debit cards but there are also unsecured cards that can be used for this purpose. These cards generally come with low credit lines (around $300) and additional fees. This kind of card will not allow you to on shopping sprees but it will certainly help you restore your damaged credit history. If you’re disciplined and pay all your bills on time you can ask for a credit increase after a while with an end goal of upgrading to an easy approval credit card with guaranteed 10,000 limit. Isn’t that wonderful? But in the meantime let’s concern ourselves with finding easy approval credit card applications with bad credit score.

I applied for a First Premiere credit card for people trying to rebuild there credit. But it said that they are not able to process my application under the terms of this credit card, however, they are going to offer me another line of credit. The original terms for this credit card is for $250.00, but when I put in my employment info, and how much I make a year, and since the last time I applied, my credit score has went up. I don’t know if that had anything to do with it or not. Could I be over qualified for the card, and they are going to offer me a higher credit limit?
