I am making a purchase of a product online and the site is secure, but it says to “enter credit card information”. I don’t have a credit card, I have a debit card. Can I still enter my debit card information and they have the money withdrawn from my checking account or would they try to use my card as a credit card? I’m concerned because they ask for the billing address.

I don’t do many online purchases so I want to make sure they won’t bill me later. My card is VISA, btw.

I was wondering, If I pay my credit card bill online, do they get it faster then if I were to send it in the mail? Whenever I send a bill I always have to send it at least a week a head of time but If I pay it online, can I do it up to two days before the due date?
