Dell requires foreign credit card holder to call them to place an order.
And HP Home accept no foreign credit card at all.

Either a Sony, HP, or dell in Canada (thinking about getting a Vaio FW). I know its a dumb question but I am unable to get a credit card, and plus I don’t want to get one for security reasons.
