How can I pay my credit card online?

My dad says I can’t pay it until I get a bill in the mail but it’s already online (it’s a Bank of America line of credit)…a Platinum plus visa card.I didn’t get a bill in the mail but it’s doesn’t seem to be pending anymore and I can see it under that account.
Can I pay it now? Do I need to wait? How do I do it? The demo wasn’t clear?

Chase Online Credit Card Application response?

Received pre-approved offer in mail for Chase Visa Platinum credit card, applied online using offer code and received email response after submitted:“We will notify you of your approval status in 30 days by U.S. Mail…etc.”
Does anyone have any experience with this kind of response and what it could mean? Good sign, are they actually considering the application or is it a bad sign for getting approved? Are online credit card normally applications immediately approved or not?
I only have 2 cards, not high limits and good credit score.
